I began my career in healthcare as a massage therapist.  At the same time, I began studying herbal medicine and wildcrafting with local herbalists.  I craved to learn more and decided to enroll at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon.  In school my main focuses were naturopathic physical medicine, herbal medicine and homeopathy.
     Upon graduation I moved to Vermont and started a general naturopathic family medicine practice.  I provided primary care for patients of all ages, for more than a decade.  My main focuses in practice were treating digestive, hormonal and mental emotional issues.  

     I have also taught health science classes, and worked as a parent educator and health coach.  I have a great deal of experience working with individuals to teach how their body functions, and how to optimize health.  My goal is to provide the information and tools to allow people to take control of their healthcare.
